Frequently Asked Questions

Stocked items (socks, bracelets, hats, coin purses): Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after that.

Print on demand items (Hive Crew Neck, Hive Tee, Hive Snapback): These are made just for you after you order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus 3–7 business days for shipping. Total delivery time is typically 7–12 business days.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!

We ship via UPS and/or our print-on-demand partner's preferred carrier. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We can only make changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. Email us at hi@shopdopamine.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

It depends on the item:

Socks: All sock sales are final for hygiene reasons. No returns or exchanges.

Print on demand items: All sales are final. Each item is made to order specifically for you.

Everything else (bracelets, hats, coin purses): We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Email hi@shopdopamine.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions from there.

We've got you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hi@shopdopamine.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund, no hassle.

Not all of them! Socks, bracelets, hats, and coin purses are stocked and ready to ship. Our Hive collection items are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, which is why they take a little longer.
