Shipping policy
We are so excited to send a little dopamine your way.
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days, depending on the item. Some products are made to order, which means they take a little extra time before they head out the door. We promise they are not ignoring you. They are just becoming cute.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $35 within the United States.
Made-to-Order & Print-on-Demand Items
Some apparel and accessories are made just for you after your order is placed. These items may ship separately from other products in your order and may have a slightly longer processing time.
If your order includes both in-stock items and made-to-order items, you may receive multiple packages with separate tracking numbers. This is normal and does not mean anything has gone rogue.
Delivery Times
After your order ships, delivery time will depend on the carrier and destination. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipment, but shipping delays can happen because the postal service is diabolical sometimes.
The Dopamine Shop is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been shipped.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hi@shopdopamine.co. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or shipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Dopamine Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building/mailroom, and the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, contact us at hi@shopdopamine.co and we will do our best to point you in the right direction.
International Shipping
At this time, The Dopamine Shop currently ships to United States only.
International orders, if available, may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
